What are the other possible items charged upon Installation
?
In addition to the free billable materials , other charges that may be charge upon installation include:

  • Excess coaxial cable - 15 Pesos/foot
  • F-connector RG-6 -5 pesos
  • Straight Connector -15 pesos

How much do I pay for extension TV?
When applying for an extension TV, a splitting fee of P280.00 will be charged and a monthly rate of P50.00 for each TV set.

Do I get a discount when I pay in advance (semi-annual/annual payment)?
Yes, advance payers for semi annual payment can avail for 1 month free subscription and payers for annual payment can avail for 2 months free subscription.

Where can I pay my bill aside from the office?
Our new Accredited payment centers are:

  • Super Negosyo- located at the Ground Floor of Gaisano Mall,JP Laurel Ave,Bajad, Davao City
    (to cater subscriber's from North Areas of Davao)
  • LSF- located beside the Customer Service Center at the Ground Floor of NCCC Mall, Maa, Davao City (to cater subscribers from the South Areas of Davao)

A system malfunction which may be caused by any of the following:

  1. Faulty power inserter
  2. Misdirected antenna
  3. Defective antenna reflector or down converter
  4. Loose wiring connection
  5. TV not tuned to CATV setting
  6. Corroded cable wires
